How to Make 10 Minute Rocky Road
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and completely melted.
- Add the chopped jelly snakes to the melted chocolate and gently mix until combined.
- Stir in the mini marshmallows and optional nuts/licorice until evenly distributed.
- Grease a swiss roll tin (approximately 20x30cm). Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the rocky road is firm.
- Once set, remove from the tin and cut into bite-sized squares.
- Place the rocky road squares into patty cases (optional).
