- Add 2 cups of ice cubes to a high-powered blender.
- Crush the ice cubes completely using the blender's highest setting.
- Add 2 ounces of vodka, 1 ounce of Kahlúa coffee liqueur, 1 ounce of chocolate liqueur, 4 scoops of chocolate ice cream, and 2 tablespoons of milk (or cream) to the blender.
- Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds, or until completely smooth and creamy.
