  • Boneless Beef Round Steak
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

How to Make Beef Stroganoff Ii

  1. Slice 1 lb beef sirloin thinly against the grain. Thinly slice 1 medium onion.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp margarine in a large skillet over high heat. Add half of the beef and onion; cook until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. Repeat step 2 with the remaining 1 tbsp margarine, beef, and onion.
  5. Return all the cooked beef and onion to the skillet. Stir in the 10.75 oz can of 99% fat-free cream of mushroom soup and 1 tsp paprika.
  6. Heat through, stirring occasionally, until heated through (about 1-2 minutes).
  7. Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream. Do not boil.
  8. Serve immediately over 8 oz of cooked egg noodles (or your preferred pasta).
