- Boneless Beef Round Steak
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup sour cream
How to Make Beef Stroganoff Ii
- Slice 1 lb beef sirloin thinly against the grain. Thinly slice 1 medium onion.
- Heat 1 tbsp margarine in a large skillet over high heat. Add half of the beef and onion; cook until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender (about 3-4 minutes).
- Remove from skillet and set aside.

- Heat through, stirring occasionally, until heated through (about 1-2 minutes).
- Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream. Do not boil.
