How to Make Pollinate Hummus

  1. Add 1 cup water, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, 4 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 1 cup tahini, 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast, and 1 teaspoon cumin to a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Add 1 cup of cooked chickpeas (cannellini beans also work great!) at a time, blending until smooth after each addition. Use all of your cooked chickpeas.
  4. Note: 5 cups of dried chickpeas will yield approximately 7 cups of cooked chickpeas.
  5. Important: Do not use heat-treated canned chickpeas; they will result in a less desirable texture.
