  8. Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter into each prepared cupcake liner.
  9. Bake for 35 minutes at 325°F (160°C).
  10. While the cupcakes are baking, prepare the topping: In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup (60ml) sour cream and 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam.
