  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together 150g all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, ½ tsp ground ginger, and ¼ tsp ground nutmeg. Sift the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  6. Gently fold until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  7. Stir in 100g chopped almonds and 100g dark chocolate chips. Fold until evenly distributed.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached (don't overbake!).
