Zubereitung von Fool Medemmas Fava Beans
- Rinse 1 pound of dried fava beans and soak them in water for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
- Drain the soaked fava beans and place them in a large pot. Add 6 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the beans are tender but not mushy.
