Cómo preparar Fluffy Scones
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, sift together 225g all-purpose flour, 4 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Using your fingertips, gently rub 55g cold unsalted butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 150ml milk and 2 tbsp cold water. Reserve 1 tbsp of the milk mixture for glazing.
