  2. Place a 13x9x2-inch baking pan on the counter.

  5. Add 1 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon grated orange peel, and 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes to the oven bag.
  6. Gently shake the bag to combine the dry and wet ingredients.
  7. Add a 2-3 lb beef roast to the oven bag.
