Comment préparer Farmer's Sandwich
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread 2 tablespoons of honey mustard on three slices of bread.
- Thinly slice 1/4 of a red onion and sprinkle evenly over the honey mustard on two slices of bread.
- On one slice of bread, layer 1/2 of a ripe avocado (mashed), and 1 ounce of cheddar cheese.
- If using, add 2.5 oz of thinly sliced corned beef on top of the cheese.
- On the other slice of bread, layer 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms, 1/2 of a medium tomato (sliced), and 1 ounce of cheddar cheese.
- Bake both prepared bread slices in the preheated oven for 2 minutes.
- Carefully assemble the sandwich: place one prepared slice on a plate, top with the third slice of bread, then top with the second prepared slice.
- Secure the sandwich with a long skewer or toothpicks if needed.
