Como fazer Aussie Burgers

  1. Preheat your grill or frying pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the kaiser rolls in half and lightly toast the cut sides (optional, for extra flavour). Set aside.
  3. Divide the ground beef into two equal portions (approximately 250g each). Gently form each portion into a patty, about 1cm thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from bulging during cooking.
