  9. Remove jars from the boiling water bath and let cool completely. You should hear a 'pop' sound as the jars seal.
  10. Let jars sit undisturbed for 12 hours to ensure a proper seal.
  11. Check seals by pressing down on the center of each lid. If it doesn't flex, the jar is sealed. Label and store in a cool, dark place.
