Como fazer Ginger Oat Biscuits Cookies Wedges

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Line an 8-inch round, shallow cake tin with baking paper.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt 50g of butter, 2 tbsp golden syrup, and 50g of light brown sugar, stirring until smooth and combined.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in 150g of rolled oats and a pinch of salt.

  6. Transfer the mixture to your prepared cake tin. Press firmly and evenly into the tin to create an even layer.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  8. Let the biscuit cool slightly in the tin before turning it out onto a wire rack.
  9. While still warm (but manageable), cut into wedges.
