  2. Grease and flour four 9x5 inch loaf pans.

  9. Remove the vanilla bean pod from the cream and whisk the cooled cream into the batter.
  10. Gently fold in 1 cup (2 sticks) melted unsalted butter.
  11. Pour batter evenly into the prepared loaf pans.
