Como fazer Low Fat Chicken Green Chili
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add 1 medium chopped onion and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until softened.

- Stir to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside to cool slightly.
