Como fazer Mutabbak

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Gently unfold one sheet of phyllo dough and cut into a 6x6 inch square. (Adjust size as needed). Brush lightly with melted butter.
  3. Place 2-3 more small pieces of phyllo dough in the center of the square to reinforce the filling.

  8. Place the Mutabbak on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top lightly with melted butter.

  10. Remove from oven and immediately drizzle 2 tablespoons of cold rose or orange blossom water over each Mutabbak.
