Como fazer Praline Syrup

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup water, and 1/4 cup light corn syrup.
  2. Stir over medium-high heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, without stirring, and continue boiling for exactly 1 minute, timing carefully.

  5. Skim off any foam that may have formed on the surface.
  6. Pour the hot syrup into sterilized canning jars, leaving 1/4 inch of headspace at the top.
  7. Wipe the jar rims clean, apply lids and rings, and tighten fingertip tight.
  8. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Ensure jars are completely submerged.
  9. Remove jars and let cool completely. You should hear a satisfying 'pop' as the jars seal.
