Como fazer Skinny Thighs

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Season 4 boneless, skin-on chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper. Sear skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Transfer chicken thighs, skin-side up, to a baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and transfer thighs and pan juices to the nonstick skillet (medium heat).
  8. Place another heavy skillet (or a similar weight, such as a brick wrapped in foil) on top of the chicken thighs, compressing them.
  9. Continue to sauté for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), depending on the thickness of the thighs.
  10. Remove thighs from skillet and set aside.
  11. Add ½ cup of dry white wine to the skillet and deglaze, scraping up any browned bits.
  12. Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs and serve immediately.
