  12. Stir the celery-seed salt, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce, 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, 1/2 teaspoon hot chili sauce, and 1/2 cup Guinness (if using) into the chilled vegetable puree.
