Como fazer Vegan Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  4. Bake for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour to allow it to cool gradually. This helps prevent cracks.
  5. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature.
  6. Once cooled, cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the cheesecake to set completely.
  7. Before serving, carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and garnish as desired (fresh berries, chocolate shavings, vegan whipped cream are all delicious options!).
