How to Make Aviva's Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared springform pan. Place the pan in a larger baking pan. Pour enough hot water into the larger pan to come halfway up the sides of the springform pan (this creates a water bath for even baking).
