How to Make Bbq Rib Spaghetti
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season 2 lbs of pork ribs generously with salt, pepper, and your favorite BBQ rub.
- In a large oven-safe skillet or Dutch oven, sear the ribs on all sides over medium-high heat until lightly browned (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Pour 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce over the ribs.
- Cover the skillet tightly with a lid or aluminum foil.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 4-5 hours, or until the ribs are fork-tender.
- While the ribs are cooking, cook 1 lb of spaghetti according to package directions.
- Drain the cooked spaghetti and set aside.
- Once the ribs are tender, remove them from the oven and shred the meat from the bones using two forks.
- Add the shredded ribs and 1/2 cup of the remaining BBQ sauce to the cooked spaghetti. Toss to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra BBQ sauce and chopped green onions (optional).
