Ingredients for Bbq Rib Spaghetti

  • Boneless Pork Ribs
  • Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 lb spaghetti

How to Make Bbq Rib Spaghetti

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season 2 lbs of pork ribs generously with salt, pepper, and your favorite BBQ rub.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet or Dutch oven, sear the ribs on all sides over medium-high heat until lightly browned (about 2-3 minutes per side).
  4. Pour 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce over the ribs.
  5. Cover the skillet tightly with a lid or aluminum foil.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 4-5 hours, or until the ribs are fork-tender.
  7. While the ribs are cooking, cook 1 lb of spaghetti according to package directions.
  8. Drain the cooked spaghetti and set aside.
  9. Once the ribs are tender, remove them from the oven and shred the meat from the bones using two forks.
  10. Add the shredded ribs and 1/2 cup of the remaining BBQ sauce to the cooked spaghetti. Toss to combine.
  11. Serve immediately, garnished with extra BBQ sauce and chopped green onions (optional).

Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor

Small additions can make a big impact! Try a sprinkle of fresh herbs, a dash of your favorite spice blend, or a squeeze of citrus just before serving to really enhance the flavors of your dish.
