How to Make Curry Puffs Sausage Rolls

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan/Gas Mark 6).
  2. In a large bowl, combine 500g ground meat (beef, pork, or a mix), 1 medium onion (finely chopped), 100g mango chutney, and 2 tbsp curry powder. Mix thoroughly.

  4. Divide the mince mixture into four equal portions.
