How to Make Gluten Free Granola

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, 1/2 cup (100g) honey, 1/4 cup (50g) fructose, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, until butter is melted and honey and fructose are completely dissolved.
