How to Make Healthy Nutella Rice

  1. Soak 1/2 cup raisins in 1/4 cup water for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roast 1 cup hazelnuts for 10-12 minutes, or until fragrant and easily peeled.
  3. Remove hazelnuts from oven and let cool slightly. Wrap in a clean kitchen towel and rub to remove most of the skins.
