How to Make Mag's Extra Special Extra Delicious Candied Pecans

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 large egg white and 1 tablespoon of water until frothy.
  3. Add 2 cups of pecan halves to the egg white mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
