How to Make Mint Chocolate Bark
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set aside.
- In a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water (double boiler), melt 12 ounces of semisweet chocolate chips, stirring constantly until smooth and melted.
