How to Make Strawberry Kiwi Pavlova

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a clean, grease-free bowl, beat 4 large egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gradually add 1 cup of superfine sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat until glossy and stiff peaks hold their shape.
