How to Make White Melon Sangria

  1. In a large pitcher, combine 4 cups of cubed mixed summer melons and 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
  2. Gently stir and let stand for 15-30 minutes to allow the melons to release their juices.
  3. Just before serving, add 1 bottle (750ml) of Sauvignon Blanc, 1/4 cup brandy, 1/4 cup triple sec, and 1 cup of sparkling water to the pitcher.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Fill 6 glasses with ice cubes.
  6. Pour the sangria over the ice, spooning some of the melon into each glass.
  7. Garnish each glass with a lime wedge and a fresh mint sprig.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy! Can be made ahead (up to step 2) and chilled.
