- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a bundt or loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup granulated white sugar and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved and slightly browned. Set aside.
- Cut 8 ounces cream cheese into 20 small cubes.
- Gently press each biscuit (you'll need about 20 refrigerated biscuits, such as Pillsbury Grands!) to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness.
- Place one cream cheese cube and a sprinkle of the cinnamon-sugar mixture onto the center of each biscuit.
- Wrap the biscuit around the cream cheese filling, forming a ball. Place the balls in the prepared pan.
