  5. While the beef simmers, cook 1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, 1/4 cup chopped green onions, and 1/2 cup sour cream. Mix until well blended.
  7. Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  8. Spread the noodle mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  9. Top with the beef mixture.
  10. Sprinkle evenly with 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.
