Simply dump all ingredients into one bowl, no separate egg-beating required. For a subtle orange twist, substitute orange juice (or a mix of juice and water) for some or all of the water. This cake tastes remarkably similar to the chocolate wafer part of an Oreo cookie—no wonder our family calls it "Oreo Cake"!
