Cómo preparar Sour Cream Carrot Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 21cm (8.25 inch) round cake tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together 250g all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, ½ tsp ground nutmeg, ½ tsp ground cloves, and ¼ tsp ground allspice.

  6. Pour batter into the prepared cake tin and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in the tin for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
