  8. Lay out 5 sheets of filo dough on a clean work surface. Brush each sheet lightly with melted butter.
  9. Place approximately 1/3 of the artichoke mixture onto one end of the stacked filo sheets.
  10. Carefully roll up the filo dough, tucking in the sides to enclose the filling.
  11. Using a very sharp knife, cut each roll into 10 pieces (1-inch thick).
  12. Optional: To freeze, leave the cut pieces together in the roll form. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap, then foil, and freeze. Thaw completely before baking.
