  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of margarine in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add 1 medium onion, chopped, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

  5. Add 1 pound of pork, cut into 1-inch cubes, to the skillet and brown on all sides.

  10. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
