Como fazer Basil And Cheese Torta

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 6 or 10 (6 or 10 oz) custard cups.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared custard cups, filling each about ¾ full.
  4. Place the custard cups in a larger baking pan. Pour enough hot water into the baking pan to come halfway up the sides of the custard cups (this creates a water bath for even cooking).
