Como fazer Danish Apple Pancakes

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Sift 150g all-purpose flour and 2 tsp baking powder into a large bowl. Add 1 tbsp caster sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs and 200ml milk.
  4. Gradually whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a smooth batter forms.

  7. Remove half of the apple mixture from the pan and set aside.
  8. Pour half of the batter over the remaining apples in the pan.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 4-5 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Repeat steps 7-8 with the remaining apple mixture and batter.
  11. Serve immediately, dusted with icing sugar and drizzled with whipped cream or crème fraîche.
