Como fazer Kids Jacket Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Wash and scrub 4 medium-sized potatoes. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.

  10. Gently scoop out the potato flesh, leaving a 1/2 cm border to maintain the shell.
  11. In a bowl, combine the potato flesh, cooked bacon, broccoli, and 100g sour cream.
  12. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  13. Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins, piling it high.
  14. Sprinkle generously with 50g grated cheddar cheese.
  15. Return the loaded potatoes to the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  16. Serve immediately and enjoy!
