Como fazer Lemon Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease eight (6-ounce) custard cups.

  9. Gently fold the egg whites into the batter.
  10. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared custard cups.
  11. Place the cups in a larger baking pan. Pour enough hot water into the pan to come about 1 inch up the sides of the cups (bain-marie).
  12. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the cups are golden brown.
