- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pastry dough to about 1/8 inch thickness. Use a 8-inch cookie cutter or bowl to cut out 6 circles.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add 1 medium chopped onion and 1 medium chopped carrot. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened (about 5-7 minutes).
