  1. Fry 1 pound of bacon until crisp.
  2. Drain bacon on paper towels and crumble. Set aside, reserving 1 teaspoon of bacon drippings.

  10. Place half of the egg mixture into a 3.5-4 quart slow cooker.
  11. Top with half of the cooked mushrooms, 1 cup of chopped tomatoes, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon.
  12. Repeat layers with remaining egg mixture, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, and bacon.
  13. Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours, or until heated through.
