How to Make 10 Bars
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup powdered sugar, and ½ cup melted unsalted butter. Mix until evenly moistened.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, and ¼ cup of unsalted butter. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the melted peanut butter mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- In a separate bowl, melt 6 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips and drizzle over the top (optional).
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm, before cutting into 10 bars.
