How to Make Asian Prawn Brochette

  1. Peel 1 pound of prawns and marinate them in a bowl with 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, and the juice of 1 lime. Cover and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.
  2. Preheat your grill or broiler to medium-high heat.
  3. Use 2 parallel wooden skewers for each brochette. Thread prawns onto the skewers.
