How to Make Barbecue Lemon Chicken In The Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Zest 2 lemons, reserving the zest. Juice the lemons, reserving 1/4 cup of juice. Set aside lemon halves.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon zest, 1/4 cup lemon juice, barbecue sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well.
