How to Make Floating Four Leaf Clovers

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of soda into each of 12 muffin cups.
  2. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  3. Cut 1 lime into 48 wedges.
  4. Arrange four lime wedges on top of each frozen soda cube, placing the wedges so one end of the outer edge touches the center, forming a clover shape. Rotate each quarter slice clockwise to achieve the desired shape.
  5. Gently press the lime wedges onto the frozen soda.
  6. To create the stem, use a thin strip of lime peel (approximately 1 inch long) and place one end at a corner of the clover.
  7. Lightly spritz the clovers with cold water using a spray bottle, just enough to lightly coat them.
  8. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until completely solid.
  9. Carefully remove the clovers from the muffin cups and place them in a freezer-safe zip-top bag.
  10. Repeat steps 1-9 as needed. Add to your punch bowl just before serving!
