How to Make Strawberry Jello Mold

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve 3 oz (85g) strawberry Jello mix in 1 cup (240ml) boiling water until completely dissolved.
  2. Gently stir in 1 cup (150g) frozen strawberries until they are mostly separated but still slightly chunky.
  3. Add 1 cup (220g) crushed pineapple with its juice to the mixture.
  4. Lightly grease a 2-quart glass bowl with cooking oil. Pour half of the jello mixture into the prepared bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely set.
  5. While the jello is setting, prepare the cream cheese layer: In a separate bowl, beat 8 oz (225g) softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup (50g) powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  6. Once the first jello layer is firm, spread the whipped cream cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Pour the remaining jello mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the jello is completely firm. Serve chilled and enjoy!
