How to Make Strawberry Punch Erdbeerbowle

  1. Wash 500g strawberries thoroughly, remove stems, and halve.
  2. Place strawberries in a large bowl and sprinkle with 50g granulated sugar. Gently mix.
  3. Wash the lemon in warm water. Using a sharp knife or zester, remove thin strips of lemon peel. Finely chop one strip.
  4. Add the finely chopped lemon peel, the juice of the lemon, to the strawberries. Mix well.
