How to Make The Maven's Fudge Brownies
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 30cm x 30cm square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water (double boiler), melt together 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), 200g unsalted butter, 50g unsweetened cocoa powder, and 50ml vegetable oil, stirring constantly until smooth.
