  8. Sprinkle the remaining flour and stock mixture over the lamb's fry. Add 150ml of water to the pan.
  9. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens to your desired consistency.
  10. Stir in the cooked bacon.
  11. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  12. For extra tender liver (or if you don't like liver), simmer for a few hours, adding more water as needed. Serve the gravy over mashed potatoes and vegetables. (Serve the liver to your dog if desired!)
