  9. Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot to 350°F (175°C).
  10. Carefully place the egg rolls in the hot oil, frying 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Do not overcrowd the pan.
  11. Remove the egg rolls and drain on paper towels.
  12. Serve warm with your favorite sweet and sour sauce.
